| 50% of the rental amount (including the VT Rooms Tax) is due at the time the reservation is made and is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of the rental amount plus a $250.00 security deposit is do 14 days prior to arrival. After an inspection of the apartment the security deposit will be refunded within three business days after check-out. |
